All orders are processed within three (3) business days and immediately shipped out within 3-5 business days for delivery.

Our return policy lasts 14 days from time of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

All gifted, sale, special price or discounted items are considered final sale and may only be returned for store credit.

Please Note: Some of our products are shipped separately and they may arrive in different packages at different times. All purchases are delivered in frustration free packaging with no promotional material or significant branding, packages may be delivered from any one of our fulfillment centers around the world including Miami, Canada, Shanghai and/or Beijing.
